Services

The inspection will include a detail report with pictures of all aspects of the property and any deficiencies that it may have.  This will include all structural systems (foundation, floors, walls, ceilings, doors, framing, etc), electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, appliances, and any optional systems (sprinklers, pools, outbuildings, water wells, septic, etc).

The Inspection Process

The inspection process usually takes around 3 hrs on site (give or take depending on size and condition).  I use the best software on the market to generate my reports and have them to my client by the evening of the inspection.  Even though I could, my reports are not generated on site so I have the chance to go over them completely  and make sure I am producing a quality report.  Sample report below.

Pricing

Pricing depends on the size and makeup of the property but being an independent inspector I am able to keep my cost and pricing lower than the competition without any sacrifice in quality.  Contact me anytime day or night for a quote.

My Promise to You

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won’t meet me until your inspection appointment--after you've hired me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. One thing that’s certain is that a home inspection requires a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
